On the L4 homepage is a section for reading plans. The idea is that each day you will use L4 as an aid to your personal Bible reading and study, and so it makes sense that the program would help you plan and track your reading.
So you can make all sorts of customized Bible reading schedules, but you can also make reading schedules for any other resource in your library. So, on the home page I go to “make a new reading plan”:
That brings up this dialog, that gives me several options (in blue):
Instead of making another Bible reading list, I’ll select The Training of the Twelve from my library. Then I can select how often I want to read it, and how soon I want to finish the book.
Now I have a reading plan that takes me through The Training of the Twelve in 6 months, if I read five days a week.
Back on my home page, it shows up like this:
When I open each day’s reading, it shows me where to begin, and where to stop:
