Logos 4 Control-F

Control-F is the standard shortcut to activate the search tool in web browers, word processors, etc. Logos has put this to great use inside L4 resources. Here’s The Archaeological Encyclopedia of the Holy Land, opened in L4:

Here’s what happens when I press Control – F:

Enter a search term, such as Jericho, and it takes you to the next occurrence in the text. Up and down arrows allow you to scroll through the occurrences. Note another helpful feature in the image below: the left hand side of the same bar keeps you oriented in the document, showing you that this occurrence is in the article on “agriculture.”
