In any (nearly any?) L4 resource, you can select “read aloud” and your computer will read that text to you. In the example below, I’ve gone to the beginning of a journal article, clicked the drop-down options for that resource, and selected “Read aloud.” Of course it helps if you have pleasant voices loaded onto your computer, but even the default voices on most operating systems are bearable:
